Place the sauna blanket on a flat surface; the floor is usually the best option. Then connect the control unit to the sauna blanket and the power plug to the outlet. Position yourself in the center of the blanket, fold the footrest over your feet, and place the headrests over your shoulders. Cover yourself with the blanket and close the sauna blanket with the Velcro fastener. Now all you have to do is enjoy the selected program.
ATTENTION: When using the sauna blanket, always pay attention to your well-being and please drink enough water to prevent dehydration.
TIP: You can also combine the sauna blanket with the Original Premium Crystal Mat and thus benefit from the advantages of both products.
