How do I connect the VitaMat® correctly?

Connect the controller to the mat. Connect the other cable from the controller to the power supply. Plug the power cable of the power supply into the socket, and your VitaMat® is ready for use.

Why are there two different controllers? What is the difference between VitaPad® and VitaPad® Pro?

There are two controllers available to cater to individual customer preferences. The VitaPad® includes 35 programs, including sleep programs, and the VitaPad® Pro focuses on specific frequencies with more variety. 122 programs are pre-set here

How do I clean the VitaMat®?

To clean, use a slightly damp cloth and, if necessary, a mild cleaning agent. The neoprene fabric of the VtaMat® is very easy to wipe clean.

How long is the device warranty?

The warranty period for your VitaMat® depends on the package size you purchase.

With the smallest package, you receive a 2-year warranty, with the medium package 5 years, and with the largest package, you receive a full 10-year warranty.

How do I clean the VITORI® Crystal Mat?

The best way to use the crystal mat is with a cotton sheet.

Should it become dirty nonetheless, clean it with a cotton cloth, water, and a mild detergent. Turn off the crystal mat beforehand.

Is it normal for the LEDs on the control unit not to be continuously lit?

Yes, the duration of the different applications can be set individually.

Pulsed Magnetic Field
Preset programs (p. 13) consist of a composition of various magnetic field strengths, including pauses. Therefore, the magnetic field is not continuously active during this time - but then reactivates automatically.
For longer applications, the pauses are also very important so that the body can recover and process the impulses set.

Infrared Deep Heat
The duration of the infrared deep heat can be set for 1, 4, or 8 hours. Information on this can be found in the user manual (p. 10).

Biophotons
The duration of the biophoton application can be set for 30 minutes or 8 hours (with integrated pauses). Information on this can be found in the user manual (p. 10).

This means that as soon as the LED on the control unit is no longer illuminated, the corresponding application is not active in that phase.

How much space is needed?

You only need an application surface measuring 190cm x 80cm on the floor, sofa or bed.

The crystal mat can be folded in two places. These places are specifically designed for this. Afterwards, the crystal mat can be stored in the handy 80cm x 63cm x 14cm carrying bag and kept, for example, under the bed.

What's the little adjustment wheel for?

This function is suitable for people who desire a more specific application of PEMF. Simply select program P0 and set the desired Hz (1-30).

How do I find out if the crystal mat is working correctly?

First, it is important to check whether the plug is properly inserted, because without a proper connection, the device cannot function.

Then, the crystal mat should be covered to check if it generates the desired heat. Finally, it should be noted that the magnetic field cylinder only activates when positioned near a coil.

Forms of application

Schumann Resonance

The Schumann Resonance is an electromagnetic resonance phenomenon that has existed in the Earth's atmosphere since its creation.

The Schumann Resonance is not a specific frequency but rather an average number of measurements. The frequency of the Schumann Resonance is usually determined by the distance between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere.

The main frequency of the Schumann Resonance is 7.83 Hz. It has several harmonic frequencies, including 14.07 Hz, 20.25 Hz, 26.41 Hz, and 32.45 Hz.

To use the Schumann Resonance, select the preset PF program for the pulsating magnetic field on your crystal mat.

For the VitaMat®, these are programs P29 to P35 (VitaPad®) or P42, P62, P71, P78, P82, P85, and P87 (VitaPad® Pro).

Since this is a programmed setting of the magnetic fields, the Schumann Resonance cannot be used simultaneously with other PEMF programs.

Other forms of application, such as biophotons and infrared deep heat, can be used individually in addition.

Biophotons

Biophotons are light pulses in the visible red spectrum that are emitted in the VitaMat® and the Crystal Mat via special light modules. They can stimulate cellular communication and give the body impulses to organize itself energetically. Many users find the application invigorating and balancing.

You can use biophotons with the VitaMat, the Crystal Mat, the Crystal Belt, and the Sauna Blanket.

UVB & Infrared Light

UVB Light

UVB light is a special form of light radiation that can stimulate the body's own vitamin D production. Similar to sunlight, but controlled and dosed. In the VitaMat®, UVB is specifically used to support natural regeneration and to counteract and prevent vitamin D deficiency.

Infrared Light

The infrared light of the VitaMat® sends gentle light impulses that specifically address the skin. These can support natural regeneration, care for the skin structure, and contribute to a balanced complexion, for example, through optimized collagen production.

What are negatively charged ions?

Negatively charged ions are particles or molecules that have more electrons than protons.

Negatively charged ions are found in large quantities in natural and clean environments, such as near waterfalls, in forests, by the sea, or after thunderstorms.

Our Earth is full of negative ions. That's why direct contact with the Earth (grass, soil, sandy beach) is so advisable.

In 1991, two scientists, Dr. Burt Sakmann and Dr. Erwin Neher, even received the Nobel Prize for their research on the role of negatively charged ions.

Both the VitaMat and the Crystal Mat, the Crystal Pillow, and the Crystal Belt continuously emit negative ions via an ionized mineral fabric. You do not need to switch on this application.

Pulsed magnetic field

Gentle electromagnetic impulses are emitted, which can stimulate the body's own processes and promote cell communication.

The magnetic field can either be set manually or used via various pre-set programs.

Do magnetic fields have a positive effect on the body?

Dr. sc. nat. Ulrich Kremsers comments on pulsating magnetic fields as follows: "From a scientific point of view, there is no serious argument against the therapeutic use of magnetic field therapy. There is sufficient evidence for the effect of external magnetic fields on biological systems that also meets scientific standards. In addition, there are therapists who successfully use magnetic field therapy and many patients who report positive experiences."

Infrared deep heat

This form of application uses long-wave infrared radiation to deeply warm the body. It promotes blood circulation, relieves tension, and can support regeneration.

The Premium Crystal Mat and the VitaMat® emit FIR radiation with a total wavelength of 4000-16000 nanometers. The wavelength of the far-infrared rays of the human body is approximately 9000 nanometers. The FIR from VITORI® products overlaps with the wavelength emitted by the human body.

What are the benefits of using the crystal pillow?

The VITORI® Crystal Pillow combines high-quality, breathable memory foam with crystals, providing stable support for the head and neck or relief for the knees.

It consists of two parts; the outer cover is removable and contains various crystals. This can be heated on the VITORI® Crystal Mat and used as a compress or poultice for localized treatment of various body parts.

What are the benefits of using the Crystal Belt?

The Crystal Belt was developed to apply concentrated infrared deep heat, biophotons, the benefits of negative ions, and the properties of crystals flexibly and locally to the center of the body.

The belt's handy format allows for targeted application of the integrated technologies, particularly to the body's core. And it makes it easy to take along, for example, on vacation, to the office, or on business trips.

How do I use the sleep mask?

The sleep mask provides additional relaxation. With it, you can fully concentrate on your treatment and let yourself be pampered by various heat and vibration levels.

Handling

What should be considered when setting the temperature?

Taking into account the user's physical condition, we recommend starting with temperature steps of 35°C to 45°C for the first application and increasing if well tolerated.

You should always work with temperatures that are comfortable for you.

Also remember to drink enough water before and after use.

Please note that choosing a temperature that is too high can cause burns.

What is the recommended duration of use?

To begin, we recommend an application of 15-30 minutes. Pay attention to your physical condition and use the same settings throughout the day.

For regular use, we recommend a duration of 15-60 minutes each time.

You can also use the VITORI® Crystal Mat or the VitaMat overnight.

Always pay attention to your body's signals. Every body is unique and therefore reacts individually to influences.

Are there any recommendations for combining different programs?

Yes, the user manual contains suggestions for intensive programs.

For individual needs, we recommend gradually experimenting yourself, or even better, consulting a naturopath or doctor.

Can I put a cover on my mat?

Yes, we recommend placing a thin, light cotton sheet on the Crystal Mat or the VitaMat.

The advantage here is that hygienic use is ensured for multiple users and the mat is not soiled (e.g. by sweat).

A light sheet allows biophotons to penetrate optimally, ensuring they can easily reach the body.

The VITORI® cover also has a water-repellent layer and retaining straps to provide custom-fit protection. It is also suitable for allergy sufferers and machine washable (up to 30°C).

How can you tell if the applications are running?

First, you can see the various crystals, which can also have a positive effect on the body. They also store the heat from the infrared deep heat.

Other visible applications:

Biophotons
You can recognize the function of the biophotons by their characteristic red glow.

UVB light
These are the blue lamps in the combi-shells. You can check their functionality with the included test card.

Infrared deep heat
You will feel the warmth of the mat just a few minutes after switching it on.

Pulsed magnetic field
Place the test cylinder with the magnet on the crystal mat or your VitaMat and let the magnet "dance."

The ionized layer built into the crystal mat, which emits negative ions, is not visible.

When the applications are switched on via the control unit, an LED lights up when the corresponding application is active.

Health and Contraindication

What are the side effects?

All VITORI® applications are inspired by nature, making them particularly well-tolerated.

Nevertheless, there are a number of contraindications for individual applications.

Are there any restrictions on use during pregnancy or for children and the elderly?

The pulsating magnetic field should not be used during pregnancy, or for babies and toddlers.

From toddler age onwards, the magnetic field can be switched on if there is an indication – please ensure that the infrared deep heat is set to a maximum of 40°C and that the application duration should not exceed 20 minutes.

Seniors and children are advised against using high-temperature settings due to the risk of dehydration.

If you suffer from varicose veins or venous insufficiency, it is advisable to discuss the use of infrared deep heat with your doctor.

Are there any contraindications?

The pulsed magnetic field (switchable) should not be used in the following contraindications (see p. 12 of the user manual):

Pregnancy
Epilepsy and other convulsive neurological disorders
In the presence of magnetic and all electronic implants, especially pacemakers
Cardiac arrhythmias and other heart diseases
Angina pectoris
Hyperthyroidism

All other applications can be used independently of the pulsed magnetic field.

For varices/venous insufficiency, the use of infrared deep heat should be discussed with the treating physician (see p. 22 of the user manual).

For diseases that arise due to adrenal exhaustion or are associated with adrenal insufficiency, high temperature settings should not be used.

In general, high temperature settings should be limited to a maximum duration of 60 minutes.

One should start with periods of 15-20 minutes and, if well tolerated, gradually extend them to longer periods.

High temperatures should not be used at night.

Young children and elderly people who easily dehydrate should rather use VITORI® products at lower temperature settings.

VITORI® products are ideal for warming up before sports and for relaxing afterwards.

They can also help to optimize results and prevent sore muscles.

Can VITORI® products affect the intake and effects of medication?

The effect of medications or food supplements always depends on their absorption and utilization in the body.

Due to improved blood circulation, as well as better organ function (gastrointestinal tract), medications are not only better and more efficiently utilized but also have a stronger effect.

Therefore, when using VITORI® products (especially the crystal mat and VitaMat®) permanently, medication dosages should be adjusted; food supplements can often be reduced while achieving the same effect.

What should I consider?

VITORI® applications are generally considered well-tolerated and are based on natural stimuli such as heat, light, magnetic fields, and frequencies. Nevertheless, as with any application for the body and well-being, a conscious and mindful approach is essential.

Even without known contraindications, we recommend:

Listening to your own body. Every person reacts individually. If an application does not feel right, it should be shortened or paused.
Not overdoing applications. Several intensive applications directly one after another are not necessary. Often, less, but more regularly, makes more sense.
Consciously dosing heat. Heat should not be applied for too long or at unpleasantly high intensities.
Starting slowly. Especially at the beginning, it is advisable to start with shorter applications and gradually increase the duration.
Planning breaks. Regeneration occurs not only through stimuli but also through rest periods in between.

Ultimately, the applications are meant to support, not overwhelm. A mindful approach is the best companion for a positive experience.

I have a pacemaker. Can I use the pulsating magnetic fields?

Pulsed magnetic fields are not suitable for individuals with pacemakers.

All other functions can be used and applied to their full extent.

Miscellaneous

Do I expose myself to electromagnetic pollution by using this?

The VitaMat® and VitaMat® Mini operate entirely on direct current, ensuring no electrosmog is generated.

While the Crystal Mat uses alternating current, it features a special layer of carbon fiber material and copper-silicon fabric, which completely blocks harmful electromagnetic radiation. The integrated fiber fabric not only absorbs electromagnetic fields but also geopathic stress.

Do I have to add the controller to my cart separately?

No, the control unit is included when ordering a Premium Crystal Mat, belt, or VitaMat.

However, you can order or reorder the Upgrade Controller for the Crystal Mat or the VitaPad® Pro for the VitaMat® to significantly expand your program selection.

Is it normal for the magnetic field light to flicker?

Yes, the magnetic field LED pulsates at the currently used frequency of the magnetic field.

The magnetic field also pauses within the programs. This is completely normal.

What is the power consumption?

Crystal Mat
The power consumption of the mat is 280 watts per hour, which corresponds to 0.28 kWh.

The Crystal Mat therefore consumes about as much as a computer.

VitaMat
The VitaMat® has a power consumption of approx. 200 watts at 36 volts, which corresponds to 0.2 kWh per hour.

The VitaMat® Mini reaches approx. 65 watts at 20 volts, or around 0.065 kWh per hour.

🔌 Both models are extremely energy-efficient. The VitaMat® Mini consumes about as little power as an average desk lamp, the large VitaMat® comparable to a normal laptop.

This way, you can regenerate regularly – with great effect and minimal power consumption.

How do I charge the crystals?

The crystals are kinesiologically detectable, charged and cleansed by the deep heat, the pulsating magnetic field and the negative ions.

If you want to energetically cleanse the crystal mat after use, you can activate all functions and let it run for 10-15 minutes without anyone lying on it.

Is it possible that my crystal mat is not sufficiently filled with crystals?

No, but it is possible that the stones have shifted slightly during transport.
