2. Participation

Participation is by signing up for the VITORI® newsletter via the displayed sweepstake pop-up. All natural persons aged 18 and over with a place of residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries – even in later drawing periods – will lead to exclusion from the sweepstake.

Participation is free of charge and not tied to a purchase.

3. Prize & Drawing

Every 45 days, one VitaMat® Mini (RRP €1,990) will be drawn among all valid participants. The drawing will be conducted randomly among all new registrations received up to that point.

The next drawing will take place internally and without public announcement. The winner will be notified in writing via email.

4. Notification & Shipping

Winners will be contacted by email. If no response is received within 10 days, the claim to the prize expires and a new drawing will take place.

Shipping is free of charge to an address in D/AT/CH.

5. Data Protection

The personal data submitted during participation will be used exclusively for the execution of the sweepstake and for the VITORI® newsletter.

You can withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

6. Exclusion from the Sweepstake

The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from the sweepstake in case of justified suspicion of manipulation, abuse, or multiple participation.

7. Legal Recourse & Liability

Legal recourse is excluded.

We assume no liability for technical malfunctions or data loss.
